accompany you to the Spanish banks, in order to attain the most favorable
financing for you. You do not need to use our lawyer if you do not want

It is important that our customers have a first hand impression of the
houses and area so that when they make their final choice they know it
is an informed one.We can arrange an inspection visit for you, including flights , rental car and hotel or apartment reservations. We will collect you from the airport if you wish and escort you to your hotel. We show you the area, in order to give you a complete impression of the area to assist you in your final selection. I came to Spain 37 years ago. In 1964 I made a decision to fulfil my lifelong desire to truly learn Spanish - in Spain. I enrolled myself at a language school in Barcelona, saved my money and came to Spain. On the beach in Barcelona I met the most beautiful Spaniard of all times! He was painter. A wonderful turbulent time followed, and I would not have missed a single day! I learned intensively and intimately about the country, the people, history, habits, celebrations and gastronomy. We became an extremely lively family with three beautiful daughters. I never thought that this learning would still be continuing 20 years later! But... in Spain everything is possible.

I worked
as a Traffic Manager in a large American company. My dream work was
to combine my deep knowledge of the language and the love for Spain
and meet many friendly people whom I could advise and who would trust
me. I learned much and developed from it a personal concept for EVA
VERONIKA - real estates in Spain. I have customers, who are more importantly
good friends, who have been beside me through my experiences.
